ESPN featured our local H.S. Basketball game last night on their channel. The opposing and winning team was highlighted for their star player who, at full court and about 2 seconds left on the clock, launches the ball in the air and it was all net...3 pt'r. I have the video clip here but it is not a very good angle. I do not think anyone was expecting this or even had time to get their camera's in place. THis just goes to show you how big basketball is around this area...its in our blood...

That was amazing!. You hooziers do like your B-Ball. I would never have guessed that was a high school game crowd.

8000 people there. When you ahve the #1 and #2 team of the state playing against each other , what kind of crowd would you expect. Indiana's IU Coach was even there last night checking out potentials. Sadly I must admit, our boys did not do very well at all. They did not play to their potential. So we lost by 7 but the way they played they did not deserve to win. Still rootin for them though, GO HATCHETS!
