Title: It took 11 days!

, I spent alot of time reading the forums and buying new gear for my head: all the headblade products and some rolling razor materials.  I buzzed it for those 11 days and kept finding I preferred the shorter and shorter and shorter look.  Finally, I thought my head(skin) might be ready and I made the plunge.   VERY WEIRD feeling on the dome!  that numbness is pretty unique.  And of course I was sandpaper within 24hrs.  And so it begins!  Thanks again all for your support, being sly is pretty fun.

  Many of us remember the "numbness" at first, also the feeling of "breezes" when there isn't any breeze.  That fades relatively quickly.  Don't forget the sunscreen.

hey s-patrol:  U look like a natural.  i can't imagine U with hair.  i say its a keeper.  like saintc said... don't 4get the sunscreen.   keep us posted on all the reactions on your new look.

It looks great!  Enjoy the new sensation as it goes away.  But you should love the look.  Especially when the head rubs start coming.

That sensation is so cool.  It does fade over time though.  Congratulations!  Looks good on you.

Welcome to SBG's squirrel, glad to hear you shaved it smooth. It is a great feeling, isn't it? I do miss that feeling you get the first time you shave.

Keep it for the thirty days at least, but I'm sure you will end up staying smooth from here on.

Good luck with the new slick dome, and go slow with the HB.    O0
