Title: how long do i wait until my first shave?

ok im thinking about shaving my head barbershop style today, but i was just wondering..how long before i should shave my head with a blade after the barbershop shave..a couple of days or is it ok to do it right away(im asking this because ive shaved a day after the barber before....and i had bumps...many bumps)

That would be entirely up to you. You don't have to wait at all. I don't think your bumps has anything to do with the time between your buzz and a shave. You might want to be a little careful when you shave when you first start, shaving with the grain helps if have have areas that are prone to razor burns. Good Luck.

One word never to forget as a sly guy----EXFOLIATE.  It removes the oils and debris from the follicles, helps prevent any ingrown hair.  Either use a lotion or creme made for that purpose, or, as I do, use a loofa pad everyday.  Also, an anti acne treatment--clear--will also help.

just do some prep work before you shave.  Say, take a hot shower and make sure you use a shaving lotion.  After you shave rinse with cold water and apply lotion to it afterwards.  Those bumps will go away.  Its just like razor burn.  Oh and USE A GOOD SHARP RAZOR

yeah i have most of the supplies i think i need. this isnt the first time i shaved (Actually the third but i always messed up and had to abandon it)
but one question. i have headshed, headslick, and clearhead but i have no idea in what order do i use the headshed and clearhead...can someone help me with that?

Use the HeadShed to exfoliate your skin while you are in the shower.  Then shave with HeadSlick, either in the shower (better option) or out of the shower.  Rinse and dry off your dome.  Then apply ClearHead.  You should then apply some sunscreen of 15 spf everyday to protect your dome.
