Hey all i introduced myself in a thread last week, here are before and after shots, not i started with just a good buzz and next month i will go down to a 1 razor.

it looks great with the chinstrap beard...

imagine how cool it'll look when you've taken it closer...if not slick bald...

yeh for the most part everyone is supportive, my grandfather doesnt approve but he is old school and thinks I had a full head of hair...

I want to wait a month to see a dermotoligist cause i have a red nole on the side of my head that will show when i shave it shorter lol

Much better Happy! You can still see that MPB showing thru so I would recommend a shorter buzz until you decide if you want to go SLY. If the mole won't allow you to go shorter maybe after you see the doctor.

That's a cool look you have goin there. I dig the beard shape. I'd take the trimmer to the dome and go a little shorter regardless of the mole.

hey thanks for all the feed back... I havent been to the doctor yet ive been to busy piecing together and building a motor... but i think im gonna shave the hair down more this week even if i dont go to the doctor...

what blade leve should i go? 1 or 2? the pic that blade is set to 5 on top and 4 on the sides

I'm confused.  You said you'd gotten your hair buzzed to a #1 already, right?  No way is that a 5 or a 4 in your avatar pic.  Or are you talking about your "before" picture?   ???

Regardless, go with the shortest length you feel comfortable with. I'd go with a #1 -- or even shorter.  If you shave it completely, it will grow back to a #1 in about a week.  If you don't want to shave yet because of the mole, go as short as you think you can, and you'll be back at a #1 in 5 or 6 days if you don't like it.

btw I have small colorless growth on the back of my head(that I will eventually get checked out by a doc) but I haven't had any probs shaving

yeh that bump was throwin me off but... yeh guys i had it shaved maybe it was 3 on sides 4 on top, nuthin real short as i recall... but its been 2 weeks and im startin to get a little poof so im gonna need another shave this week!

yeh im still waitin on seen the doctor they are all booked up

A belated welcome to you capt. The buzz looks good, and I recommend going down to a 0 or no guard. Just take it easy near the mole.

I would have it checked out just to make sure it's nothing to worry about.
