Hi All
Over Christmas I left having a shave for around three days (there were , I think, good reasons for me to do this). I could't believe how I missed both the process of shaving and also the feeling that goes with a really smooth noggin. Have others experienced this or am I strange (well, I might be anyway for other reasons!)?

Two days is wayyyy to long. If it's not a smooth noggin it's not worth having.

I agree, it's been two days since I shave my head and already my head feels all sandpapery and horrible, :D. I'm going crazy, I can't wait to go and shave my head and have it all smooth and shiny again. In fact that's a good idea I'll go now and have a shave ! :)

Now you guys are starting to understand what being sly is all about. O0

I won't go out in public without shaving for the day and if I'm going out that night it gets a re-scrape

For the first time, this past week, I went longer than skipping. 1 day shaving. I made all the way to day 5. I was going nuts and finally couldn't stand it.
It was also a good reminder of why I shaved in the first place. It reinforced for me that I am SLY for life. There is no other way for me!!!!

Having MPB, the longer I go, the older I look - so far, 3 days is the most I've ever gone since shaving my head over 4 years ago. Sly is the only way to go, and thankfully there is no longer a stigma attached to it in society... just a few closed-minded individuals out there whom we need to stamp out. :x!

You are absolutely correct!!

Let's look at it this way: would Yul Brynner have ventured out in public with stubble on his dome? Would Telly Savalas? Would BaldAndre? And wouldn't you be just a little disappointed if they did? ;)

True, so true, and nothing is worse than grey stubble :( :( :(.

Over the holidays, I did skip shaving for three days. I wore a hat in public and hated how my head stuck to the pillow at night. I'm back to work on Monday, so I'll be back to shaving daily.

I hardly ever go longer than 1 day without shaving. can't think what 2 days would be like!! 8)

Two days IS too long. I just skipped a day and could hardly wait to peel the onion again. Grey sandpaper gave way to slick smooth this morning, and now all's well.
-
two or three days doesn't really bother me much. Probably because at this point I'm so bald it makes little difference. I guess if I had any stubble up top it would bug me.

Get mad with myself if i go more than a day. And if i am goin somewhere special i sometimes shave twice a day.
-
My wife will NOT put up with a velcro head. :Xo!
I shave slick twice a day during the work week, and once a day over the weekend.

I hate pulling a t-shirt on and it sticks on my velcro head :Xo!

I'm guess I'm a mutant. I go about a week or two most of the time. I do plan on being a lot more diligent during the summer. Right now I'm still nursing damaged ribs and getting in touch with my inner hermit.
Tell me... does the sun still come out in the morning?
