Title: can you use the headblade with regular mach 3 shaving gel?

or do you have to use the headblade stuff? im just wondering cuz im getting a headblade for xmas from a family member and i dont really know what to expect.

You can use the HB with whatever cream or gel you use, but the HB does seem to work better with the Headslick.  The important thing is to rinse the blade after every pass.

You can use the HB with whatever shaving product you prefer. I'm big on the HeadSlick mixed with a little Shave Secret oil OR the Bald Guyz Shave Gel mixed with the same oil.

Whatever product I use, I apply it with a good shaving brush..... and don't rinse the brush after your first application. It will still have plenty of good gel/foam in it for your second pass against the grain.

Hell yes you can! that is actually my new favorite combo. Headblade + Mach 3 shave gel = Very good shave!
