I've always liked that song.  I recently heard a cover version by Roseanne Cash, which was also very good, on the Americana station.

Great choices Mike. "Good Hearted Woman" always reminded me of me and my wife...especially the way I used to live my life until a couple of years ago.

You too rodubls. I had never heard these songs by David Allen Coe. I have seen him in concert a couple of times here during the our Harley Davidson rallies. Man you see so much "female flesh" during those concerts it makes a strip club look like a Baptist church..lol.

I really like Randy Travis....... he's stepped back from the country music world a bit the last few years. BUT.... he has a couple of cd's of inspirational type music. They are awesome. 

One of them, Insprational Journey, is my favorite.
