I don't know about you guys, but I give myself a nasty cut/laceration about every two months. Not "nicks", but real bleeders. Since I wasn't having much luck with band-aids sticking to my oily scalp I tried a couple of brands of liquid bandages.
I love the love the stuff.
First off, it looks a LOT cooler than a band-aid. It dries clear and almost matte, so cuts are nearly invisible and gouges (my most common type of head wound) look nice and fresh -- like you've just been in a fight.
Second, the cuts seem to heal from the inside out, so there's no nasty scab to accidentally shave off the next day. I just shave (delicately) right over the liquid bandage and then reapply after the shower (if need be).
Third, it's next to impossible to apply it without a mirror, so after the gym I often forced to ask my my hot blond coworker if she wouldn't mind playing Florence Nightingale and helping me put some of it on. >:D
Now I use the stuff for all my wounds -- one of the best bald-guy related "discoveries".

Sounds like some good stuff!

I bought some Skin Shield today at the drug store to have around in case I cut myself. If and when I do, I'll let you know how it works. It was half the price of the other brands of liquid bandage and was the only one with pain reliever in it.
