Damn brutha!

Most excellent look with the bald head and very nice work you're accomplished with your bod!

Yea, a bald head  (and no hair) goes hand in hand with a fit (very muscled body)!

Glad you found us!

BTW...very good inspiration bro...I'm out...going back out to the gym ;)!

Warhawk - Thank you for the warm welcome.  I've been lifting for about 15yrs but got into bodybuilding about 7yrs ago.  Diet usually is the toughest part especially for those who carb deplete the closer they get into contest shape.  Im looking forward to getting a better understanding of the sly headshaver, hehe.

Baldandre - Thank you for the nice compliment.  Keep plugging away at the gym and if you need any help dont hesitate to ask.

CHeers,
-Alex-

Howdy and welcome.  I was looking at your profile.  I hope that you don't mind my asking, but are you Armenian?  I'm 100% myself.  You're in great shape!  I've been struggling with the whole overeating thing, and my doctor read my the riot act last week.  He told me that I need to cut back on portions, AND to do a minimum of 40 minutes at a time on the treadmill.  I haven't been to the gym in a few days, and most likely won't make it again until tomorrow afternoon or Mon. afternoon.  In any event, feel free to respond back on the forum or send me a private message.  Take care.

DAddy - What can i say eating clean year round is the key, that and moderate cardio of 30mins at least 5days a week.  However precontest things get ramped up  :D

Robmeister - I haven't had a cheese burger in almost 5yrs and for some reason i have no cravings for one.  It almost makes me feel unamerican at times   :px

bubbadave3 - My father is Armenian but my mother is French/Canadian.  I dont believe in over eating but i do believe in eating the wrong things such as fast foods.  This is a sample of what i eat during my offseason:
Meal one 12 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, one and half cuts of oatmeal

meal 2 8 ozes of ground turkey breast one and half cups rice

meal 3 8 ozes of chicken breast one and half cups rice

meal 4 8 ozes of steak 6 oz baked potato

meal 5 protein shake and a salad

...I'll usually have two more meals daily when im contest preping.  Anyway eating clean and keeping up with your cardio 30-45mins daily at least 5days a week will do wonders, just watch those fatty foods.

Doable?  I think it would difficult for most people to consume that much food.  If you're working out intensely all the time, you can burn it off and probably need to eat that much to keep the body fueled.  But most of us couldn't get away with eating that much.  I know I couldn't.   I eat about half that amount and should probably cut back some.

I meant WHAT he's eating...if I had that much burning muscle..I could eat THAT amount no prob..

But I could modify it for me!

HEHE  I'm laughing because my sister is 100% Armenian, and her husband is 100% French Canadian--my niece is 4 years old, and cute as a button.  I'm marooned in North Idaho.  What part of the country are you located in?

Welcome Alex. Good job working out. I am a fitness nut myself but will be the first to say I dont have abs like THAT :)
Currently doing P90 (p90x lite)  in an effort to just try something differnet and increase my flexibility and endurance.
I always thought sly bodybuilders looked best. You can really see the trapz and neck muscles so much better.
