Hey to everyone. I'm 58, live with my wife in Maryland, just a few miles from downtown DC. Don't think I'm an exception but, even though not experiencing any hair loss, I decided to go sly. I was salt & pepper, tending more towards salt, lol,(and up until this spring, had shoulder length hair) yet the reason I did it wasn't even that. There are other issues in my life and I wanted to do something radical to change the game. My wife didn't know I was contemplating this and when she came home Sunday afternoon, I was wearing my knit seamans cap as I explained and prepared her. She was a little taken aback but quickly came around. What she did say was that I looked more menacing, though I never was nor intend to be. She even took a pic which I sent to my cousin and a few friends. By my words, you can tell that I'm comfortable with what I did and I definitely do feel different, in a good way. I'll upload the pic asap.

Love to see when a full BBC guy loves the look!
Awesome you just went for the full shaved head...I find that with most long haired dudes, BALD is the only thing that will satisfy their need of an "edgy" look!
Yea...shaving your head clean does change things up for the good in your life...funny how just having no hair on your head can do that! ;)
Keep it smooth brutha! O0

Thanks, man. Attempting to upload a photo. Sent it through HP Photosmart but it's not working as I thought it would. You'll see me eventually, lol.

I'm the kind of guy doesn't read directions but figures things out on his own. One of my best attributes is that I'm obsessive and won't stop till I achieve what ever it is I'm trying to accomplish...in short, my pic.

Welcome to SBG. I'm 57, and it's nice to have another "Mature" sly guy on the board.
Really looks good. A physical change often leads to an attitude change. I hope the change helps you deal with the issues that you mentioned.

Warhawk, where are you at in Florida? Lived 23 years in Miami and I find I'm missing it more and more. Trying to convince the wife South Florida would be a great place to live. She's DC born and lived here all her life. Tough sell. Later. @rg$
