Went to see that last Wednesday Tyler...I must say it was a good movie.  Alot of meaning to it as well.  Just depends on what you are going thru in real life will determine what you get out of it.  I think we all fall guilty to it in one form or another.

I was wondering if any others in here have seen Fireproof?  I know Tyler and Timm saw it.  I am not married, but my pastor announced at church this morning that next Sunday's service is going to be different as the message will be conveyed through the movie, Fireproof.  I have heard good things about it.  But for you single folks out there who have seen it, did you enjoy it?  I do think that it is pretty neat that this movie came out of a church and not Hollywood!  Also have any of you had your church preempt regular services  and present this movie instead?

Our church is showing it tonight!  The previews look really good.

I'm single and really enjoyed it.  If you are single with intentions of getting married someday it's a wonderful movie with a powerful message.  I was sceptical before I saw it, because I just wasn't a big fan of Facing the Giants, which was their first movie.  But, I was pleasantly surprised with Fireproof.  I have been telling everyone to go see it.

We saw it last night at our Church.  Very good story.  Be ready for some self evaluation.

I'll be brutally honest here with my bros, because I know I can. The wife and I have been traveling a rocky road as of late. Rented this movie at the suggestion of a good friend. Watched it with the wife and I could see some really good points. However, sometimes things are too far gone to save I think. Especially when there is not strong faith from both people.

Hang in there buddy, just like in the movie....there has to be something inside that makes both of you to want things to work out.  It is never too far gone or too late.  I did something that hurt my wife in the most terrible way possible, but we committed to working it out.  It won't ever be back to "before", but we are still going down that road together.

PM me if you ever want to talk.

I didn't see the movie PigPen but I agree 100% with your comment. It's a miserable process to have to go through for sure but for me, the good days started when we fully realized there's nothing more we could do and each began moving on with our lives. The biggest relief was no longer being consumed by guilt and grief every second of the day. It aged the both of us. Best of luck to you whatever the outcome.

Thanks guys, I hear ya Max, but it takes both parties knowing what they want out of it and the willingness to hang in there and give it a go.

Cheese, I thank you also. Sounds like ya know what I'm sayin here. (Not to say that anyone else doesn't get it either) You plucked out the one line that is the most important in my eyes.
