hello fellow chrome domes: 1st of all this is NOT a political topic or thread... heck i don't even talk politics with my family or friends because its a "taboo"-type subject 4 me. SO...PLEASE...keep your political beliefs "silent". however... although i hate discussing politics, i will B voting.
anyways... i just wanted 2 know how U will B voting. there R 3 ways 2 vote: early, absentee, or at your precinct (on election day nov, 4th). i'll start: i'll B voting on election day (nov 4) at my precinct. so... how 'bout U? will U B voting early, absentee, or at your precinct? what's your story?

I'll be voting on election day at my precinct...

At the precinct for me too. There are some things that just have to be done the traditional way.

Voting at the precinct

On November 4th at my precinct

at the precinct

In my precinct, early at poll opening then back to the job site in Houston, a 5 1/2 ride. LA has early voting, but no absentee mail balloting except for military personnel. Early started this week and I won't be back until Halloween.

I just got home and I stopped on the way and voted at the early voting location. It was right on my way home and I was really surprised at how busy it was. The projections are that 30% of voters in my county will vote early. It is a great thing to have this done and not have to worry about rushing around on election day!!!

I voted last week. We have early voting.

Early voted this afternoon.

On election day in my precinct............
-
I took advantage of early voting yesterday, live and in-person!

Last time I voted early (in AR). This time I'm absentee, and my ballot didn't come in the mail as promised yet. I've called them and had to fax in an affidavit swearing that I'm not voting twice before they'll send me another. Total pain in the a$$, but I need to stand up and be counted.

I'll be voting on November 4th, after school. My polling place is just a short walk from the house.
-
Already voted. 8) My county in WA state only does vote-by-mail.
-
I'll be voting on the 4th at the polling place - I just like being able to vote in-person on election day. Then I'll be having an election day party that night with a bunch of yummy appetizers for a group of friends. I love politics - can't wait.

At my precint, a local church (I think it's the only voting place in my small town). I don't do early voting, cause the courthouse is in another town and very inconvienent.
My precinct is on my way home and easy and quick.
When I moved two years ago, the people at the DMV changed my voting registration even when I told them not to. The election came, and I couldn't vote in my new town because I had registered less than 30 days before the election, and I couldn't vote in my old town because I was no longer registered there. They said the only thing to do would be to get the law changed to allow me to vote.
