I live in canada and I support windows Vista.....

I just got a promotion at that... but still live in canada.

Thats the flippin Verizon DSL tech guy I spoke to on and off for 1 hour Friday night and another 2.5 hours on Saturday AND Sunday...and my stuff still isnt right!!!!

Yeah, those guys don't usually know much.

Post up your problem and maybe someone here can help you.  We've got some pretty tech savvy folks here.
