With my HB it's easy to get a smooth shining head.
But the face remains a difficult shave-area. This week has been nick-cut-blood week all around my chin >:(.

The dome is my first priority.
-
Just easier to get the dome smooth. fewer curves to deal with O0
-
I get both the dome and face equally smooth but it's easier when you have a goat because the chin was always the hardest part to get smooth..... O0

That's it.

I guess I spend more time sorting out the top. I rarely shave my face against the grain - I think that's the difference.

I have to shave my face against the grain or I wouldn't get a good shave at all.... O0

The worst is the neck for me. Irritation central.
-
No doubt............ the dome............
-
I shave my face every 2 or 3 days, but usually the dome every day. I feel ready to take on the world when I've got my head baby smooth.
-
Without a doubt..the head MUST be shaved as smooth as I can humanly get it..
the face is another monster! >:(
-
My head is always smoother than my face. I shave my head against the grain, but when I shave my face against the grain it is awful. Feels smooth, but in a couple of hours it is red, itchy and all irritated.
-
Dome is definitely easier to get smooth. On a good day I will also get the face "almost" smooth.
-
Dome is smoother than the face. I never shave my face against the grain, too much chance for irritation and razor bumps (ingrown hairs).
-
I actually have a hard time getting my face smooth. But no problem with the dome.

I'll have to agree with time2shine....
"the dome is my first priority".
Can't stand velcro head and neither can my wife. The face is a completely different story. Nothing wrong with sportin' some fashionable stubble, especially on the weekend.

+1 again...

I never shave against the grain on my face, to the dome gets the closest shave...

I'm the same as most. I HAVE to get the dome as smooth as possible, but the face can never compare. I'm still keeping it clean but that's only for another 2 weeks cause I need a clean face for my Halloween costume. After that though it'll be back to a full beard for winter then down to the goatee again. I'm also getting tired of all the "Powder" references.

so that is not you ? wow! hahahaha i have trouble getting the face smooth too. but if the melon is smooth, i am happy!

Dome is always smoother than the face, considering I only shave of my mustache area. But I find it alot easier to shave that with my headblade than my dome.
-
I started shaving at age 13 so I have always had a lot of facial hair. Lucky for me I like the bearded look. I can stand to have facial hair or stubble, but I can't stand to have the dome stubbly. It is way eaiser to shave my dome.
-
Shave against the grain fore and aft. Gotta be smooooth.
-
dome for me, i only use the headblade sport on my dome, i use the mach 3 turbo on my face, the hair on my face is heavier than my dome hair

And I thought I started shaving early!

Definitely the Dome!
But it takes time (and shaving both with and against the grain) to get it baby butt smooth....

Voted both but the face takes abit longer than my egg.

I find the dome to be easier to get smooth and have to work harder to get the same results on my face
