The ears ain't really a big deal....but the Mr. Bean look stands out.

Guess I missed the original pics... I agree with Tim on the poll.
And I'm a little curious why you came to a bald site asking about a non-sly haircut? Because most of us are going to suggest he shaves it off 8).
For my 2 cents, and just judging by the rear picture, I'd suggest maybe buzzing it with a #1 or 2. I think the even length all around looks better than the fade.
