I'm sincerely hoping that this won't violate anything and get me in trouble, but a sly brother told me this years ago, and it's quite funny (and TRUE!!) if you keep your mind out of the gutter....  He said :

"The more hair I lose, the more head I get." :*))

A comedian i watched the other day said something similar.  He doesn't like to consider it hairloss, but more of a "Face gain"  :)
