I have been pretty lazy for a while due to an elbow injury, but I am ready to hit it hard again NOW! Gotta get in shape so my SLY status goes up! I think I will track my workouts here for a bit! I will be breaking out my Sledge Hammer and tire in the morning! Any of you that want to come to my next fight, I will be glad to have you, And maybe I could rock a SBG T-shirt! (give me 3 months!)

I will get to a better computer here in a few hours, (since I have to position this laptop just so to jack my connection) and I will put up some of my workouts. But remember I am not really trying to look all "300", I work out for functional strength in my fights. (I do know that if you do any of the workouts for a few months you will be able to pick up heavy things and beat the snot out of them, that is a plus!)
P.S. If you do my workout you will need new clothes cuz you are gonna look good...REALL GOOD! Here is an example!

I am in the process of getting back into shape myself. I want to get back to the svelte 218 pounds that I was when I got out of the Army..........I want to do it in a manner that I am use to, but my girlfriend doesn't think its a good way to do it...........

Ever do Crossfit Anvil ? One of the guys here turned me onto it....I try to do what I can till I get more equipment but it does really kick your ass.
More about functional strength than "hey I can bench 450 but cant move my arms...lol"
I hear a lot of MMA guys are into it......google crossfit.

Yup, good stuff, and really what you need to do to be well rounded! I do many of the same types of skills when I am training! Keep it up you will be very happy with the results!
