I came across the site using "StumbleUpon" and was like...Hey...wait a minute! A site dedicated to shaving your head and bald people? Too cool!
I've been shaving my head for at least 10 years now (To be honest, I forget how long ago I started.) and being clean shaven (on my head at least - on my face I alternate back and forth between a goatee and a full beard - gotta have hair somewhere!) is just a part of who I am.
I started shaving my head because male pattern baldness started setting in pretty early on me ... I was in my mid-late 20's when it started. I began gradually, buying a trimmer and gradually shaving it closer and closer until that fateful day when I said to myself "Why don't I just start using the razor on rest of my head too?" I've never looked back since that day, nor have I ever stopped shaving.

well let me be the first to welcome you here to this great site. I have only recently found this site myself, and it has let me back into the light. I have been smooth headed my self for about 24 years know, and I was in a habit of just using disposable razors to do the job. then this site pops up and i'm trying all kinds of different things now. My head doesnt know what the hell is going on. So, if you have a good shaving routine, you need to post it up, and let the world know. Know of a good product, let us know.. WELCOME

I just realized that in my original post, I didn't really say much about myself other than that I'm a head shaver, so here's little peek into who I am, other than just another bald dude...
I'm 42 years old, and reside in West Plains, Missouri. My wife and I transplanted ourselves here from the deserts of California about 3 years ago now. We had grown tired of California (We're both natives - in my case, 3rd generation native Californian) and decided to leave the state. We did some research via the internet and had it narrowed down to Northern Arkansas/Southern Missouri. We took a week vacation, came house hunting out here - bought a house. We didn't know anyone or have any relatives in the area - we just did it. And - I don't regret it.
I'm married to the great love of my life. I first met my wife almost 20 years ago and fell in love with her. Things at the time weren't conducive to a relationship for us, and we both ended up marrying other people. I only stayed married for about 3 years before divorcing- she stuck it out a lot longer. We stayed in touch sporadically in between - she was like a magnet to me, I just couldn't stay away. We came together again about 7 years ago, and fell in love all over again. She got to spend exactly 4 days as a single woman (after her divorce became final) before I whisked her away to Vegas and took her off the singles market - forever. We're coming up on our 6th year of wedded bliss. :@`
When I'm not posting on the SBG forums or playing World of Warcraft, I indulge in my hobbies of furniture refinishing and teaching myself wood working. I'm also a bit of a handyman, as our house is 80+ years old and needs a little more TLC than a new home :P
I'm a sucker for anything with fur, feathers, or scales and have owned just about every kind of pet one can have (except for some of the exotics) - right now, we have 4 dogs, 5 cats, and a ferret. All but one animal were rescued from bad circumstances. I've been using a home PC for about 20 years now, and the computer has become a central part of my life, from Email to web surfing to music files (I have everything from Marty Robbins to Slipknot in my collection.) I love to write! I blog and maintain a website for the smallish guild I co run with my wife in World of Warcraft. I've begun work on my first stab at a full length novel, although I doubt it'll ever see print, I'm having fun writing it! Also have a short story that I've gotta get written and shopped around to some magazines, soon.
Anyhoo! - There's a bit more about me. I'll quit blathering now :*))

I wasn't going to take ANY chance that she would get away from me again :*)) :*))
