I'm not consistent with being sly.  Sometimes I shave it all of and other times I buzz with no guard.

Hehe i meant faker with regards to the panther, but yeah sly beats the hell out of peach fuzz.  I'll admit i go a day or two sometimes, but i'm blonde so it doesn't show too much.

Doesn't quite look like neck skin to me.  Looks more like a butt tat.

It looks jolly good for a fresh one.
My tats seem to look a bit "wetter" for a day or so and then go into an interesting "crusty" phase.

Sorry if I come off as rude but that is horrible...particularly if its on the neck and in plain site all the time. :'(
