So...if you are a bald taxi driver in Beijing you are not allowed to drive during the Olympics, how unfair is that? Either bald by choice or balding, the govt does not allowed bald people to drive taxi's. It really sucks for them, because alot of them need the money to survive and support families!!!

and this is not BS, I am currently in Beijing and have confirmed by asking several taxi drivers about it

Could it be that they don't want the cabbies to look like bad*ss characters from an old James  Bond movie?

I just did a search on the topic and it appears to be true.....also female Taxi drivers are not allowed to wear earrings.....some strange laws they have there.....

Since I don't speak Chinese, I guess I'd fit right in as a taxi driver over there!  :*))
