Title: Just sly in Texas

Been clipper cutting for years and finally decided to embrace my melon. Bit the bullet about a week ago and am loving it so far. Wife is getting used to it and I haven't seen any family or friends yet, wondering what the reactions will be like. Hopefully I won't get too much grief because I love it and think i'll keep it shaved.

I'm semi retired and work from home so no co-workers to worry about.  And thanks for the warm welcomes.

I think J was telling me he is in Austin.   I'm in Tyler, about 90 miles east of Dallas. And yes i'm a Longhorn fan. Cut me and i bleed burnt orange (even have the correct colored facial hair)  >:D

 I had a buzz for 8 long years. I never regret going from Buzzed to Bald. I do admit that my wife has influenced my mindset when it comes to being bald. She has said that if I ever grew my hair back that would be grounds for divorce. She wants me bald. No sweat, that's  a reasonable request. I'm willing to comply.

Again, Thanks for all the warm welcomes. I think the wife is starting to like it more and more. She said last night that she would see how she likes it when i grow it back. I said, why do you think i'll grow it back?  I can't, at least right now, see why i'd ever grow it back.
