Title: New Gord In Town

Hey all wanted to drop a line and say Hello!  New to the forum but not to shaving the ol' Dome.  I've read quite a few post and alot have been helpful.  I'll post a pic later this weekend as we are heading out to hit the River for a tubing & camping trip and I need to go stock up on some sunscreen.  Now if I could only find a post on how to make my hair stop growing altogether!!

I get all kinds of junk mail on how to make all body parts grow.  I never get mail about how to stop it.  Sure would be a good market for us SLY gus.

I got something will stop your hair from growing.   Use it every morning.....its called a R-A-Z-O-R ...lol.

Thanks Guys!  Yeah a razor every day might would inhibit the growth a bit but I was cursed with a thick head of hair and even though I shave my dome in 12 hours time it feels as if I have a sheet of sand paper laying on top my gord!

Oh MAN, I hate the sandpaper effect. Maybe you should find an easy routine and do it twice a day like me?

There is a laser hair removal method... my hair isn't thick like yours but if I could afford it, I'd  seriously consider that myself!  :)

Hey Sgt Pate: I had laser on my black hair. It doesn't work on white/gray hairs. But it made my hair more manageable.

I wouldn't worry about the shadow or sandpaper feel, it's there to tell you you will be shaving again tomorrow, or later on in the day if you choose to.
