You all may not find this funny and it might be one of those you just had to be there type things but here it goes.
My son Logan he often sees words that he has never seen before and he will pronounce them and its funny.
We were sitting in this restaurant called Cody's and he seen a sign that said free fajitas on wednesday. He said dad...we need to come back on Wednesday because they have free Fatty-taa's. I was like what!? he said Fatty- taa's. I said logan that says Fajitas.....but I will hand it to him...the j did look like a t on the board.
Later the next day we are in a gift shop and he sees this shirt and says dad you need to buy this. It says Taco wee laa makes my clothes fall off. My wife turns around and says What!....he says Taco wee laa makes my clothes fall off. SHe said Logan...that says tequila. LOL.
Like I said it was one of those you had to be there things...but we spent all week talking about taco wee laa and fatty taa's

Que pasa TimmJ, Sounds just like my son, a chip off the old block. Everyday he amazes me. Eventually the little guys will get their his Spanish right when they study it in JHS.
I have to admit, that to this day I have difficulty with Spanish.
There is a reason. I studied French! Not a very useful language in the States, unless I plan on actually going to France or the French Caribbean, or Quebec or the French Quarter in 'nahwleans.
Right now my little guy is studying the guitar. No time for Spanish.
If he's successful mastering the Spanish language maybe he'll become this century's next Ricky Martin or Luis Miguel. And his dad will be able to live the life of La Vida Loca!

I have an even better idea. Logan, PBurke's son and my son can form a band and make enough money to support their SLY father's in their old age. My son's the guitarist. Who's gonna be the drummer?

Invest in an autotuner. Most of the acts on Top 40 radio these days are using them, anyway.
