I posted about this once before a long time ago, but since then we've gotten a lot of new members, so I thought I'd post it again. This quiz contains some useful health & fitness tips. I like my "Real Age" a lot better than my chronological age. :)

I'm not even gonna bother trying that... I know it's gonna tell me I'm about 87 or something similar :D
besides, I like my life!
and like the saying goes.. you're only as old as the person ya feeling ;)

Wow I just took it and I am happy with my results! My calander age is 29.9 (I turn 30 in a month) and my real age is 20.4! That is 9.5 years younger than I really am, its awesome. My wife is taking it right now, I think she will be older, she doesnt work out or anything.

I got six and a half years off my chronological age. Might be able to get it down a bit more if I had more precise details about my blood pressure, cholesterol levels, etc.
-
;D So my real age is 26.7 and the calculated age they gave for me is 35.7... I don't quite get how it came to that, but it's accurate cause I'm always saying with the stress and things I have to deal with from my job that I feel like I'm at least 35.

AWESOME, more than eight years, ;D ;D ;D. I guess I'll just keep up what I'm doing now. It was a very in depth screening. I did have my blood pressure & cholesteral information--I'm on meds for that and blood pressure, but the meds are working fine. Great find Razor, I really am into good news.
