I eat breakfast daily. During the week it's usually OJ, oatmeal, a banana, and milk. If it's a mad hot morning, it will be a bowl of cereal, like Cheerios.
-
Everyday..... usually a bowl of life cereal or raisen bran.

Everyday, weekdays oatmeal w/ fresh fruit and chicory dark roast coffee, weekends waffles w/ maple syrup & coffee. I can attest to the "good" part of it, when I started this in the late 90's as a "religious" practice, I dropped 5 pounds w/o changing anything else.

On days where I'm not working it's always 3 eggs, 6 strips of bacon, 3 sausages, and 4 pieces of toast. When it comes to days that I'm working I will usually go for a large bowl of oatmeal or I'll have 2 whole wheat bagels with cream cheese and a glass of OJ. One thing that I never skip is my XL double double from Tim's, but hey, what can I say, coffee and a doughnut is food for my profession :popo

I usually try and eat something...
On days I'm behaving (food-wise)...I'll have plain oatmeal with artificial sweetner and glass of OJ/Grapefruit Juice
-
i skip it, because i get problems in context of my diabetic stuff.
-
Usually during the week, I bring an 8 oz. yogurt to work, and then I add some grapenuts to it -- gives it some added nutrition and makes it stay with me longer to fend off hunger for a little while before lunch. On weekends, I'm a mixed bag.
-
Usually oatmeal or cereal and like Fortin an XL double double from Tim Horton's, one on every corner here in Ottawa...
-
I've gotta have breakfast or else I'm dragging for the rest of the day!! Usually a bowl of oatmeal and a banana, sometimes raisin bran with coffee creamed with soy milk.
If I skip it I find myself thinking about food all morning lol.

Yeah, that's one thing I miss about living there, anywhere you look you can find a Tim's. When I was working downtown I was grabbing one at least 3 times a day, that and the Poutine trucks all over, the best was on Slater at O'Connor by the World Exchange Plaza.

I always eat breakfast. Egg whites every morning with either:
1. Canadian bacon and a whole wheat English muffin
2. 2 slices of whole-wheat toast
3. oatmeal

Quite a hearty breakfast there, RazorX. Wish I could do that.

It's egg whites with one of the three things listed, not all of them at the same time. :)

Unfortunately I can't seem to make the time to eat breakfast. Getting my 8 yo up, fed, dressed and out the door in the morning as well as getting myself together to meet the world is my greatest challenge. Any suggestions? @n(
-
ususally skip it.
-
I skip breakfast but I smoke a bowl of fruit loops everynight O0 :D
-
I'm never hungry first thing in the morning.. so I'm a skipper! :)

Razor... eggs and oatmeal sounds disgusting!
(and what's wrong with the orangey/yellow bit in the middle?)
-
I have not eaten breakfast since 1998, my body and mind function better without it. I usually just have 1 cup of coffee in the morning.
Like Nomad, I am fond of the Diet Pepsi and cigarette breakfast.

Only if you mix them together -- which I don't. ;D How else are you going to get the right amounts of carbs and protein in?

Too much fat and cholesterol. :(

yeah Rick I had but I have taken the habit back up again. Stupid I know. :(

JDog, you need a good Southern-Style-Breakfast.
Fried Green Tomatoes served with a side dish of Country Ham
Scratch Bisquits w. Red-Eye Gravy
and Cheesy Grits Casserole.
-
I never skip it.

If you skip breakfast due to time, you should try having a breakfast shake in the morning.
Ice
8 oz Non-fat Milk
TBSP Non-fat yogurt
2 scoops Chocolate Whey Protein
TBSP of Peanut Butter or a some sliced up fruit
1/2 cup cooked or raw oatmeal.
It takes about 3 min to make and you can drink it on your way to work and get your metabolism going.

I'm waiting for the day I don't have to travel for work and can make a decent homemade breakfast...
EDIT: My whole point for quoting right there was that a breakfast shake sounds like a great idea
