Title: WHAT was the last thing U purchased at E-bay?
Post by: warhawk on June 02, 2008, 09:43:46 AM: hello fellow chrome domes: if U R an e-bayer.... what was the last thing that U purchased from e-bay? i'll start: i purchased some fusion (manual) razors last week. i purchase 75% of my fusion razor cartridges from ebay. i've already accumulated about 72-80 fusion cartridges in my shaving drawer at some gr8 prices compared 2 store bought and never had a problem with them or delivery (knock on wood).

so... how 'bout U? do U use ebay? if so... what was your last purchase? also... tell us your experiences (good/bad) with ebay. please share with us... your story?

Post by: Jdogs Better Half on June 02, 2008, 09:23:03 PM: a book...I had gone into the book store like 4 times checked it out, thought I don't really need it right now as I have 4 books at home lined up waiting to be read but I still really wanted it, then I saw it on e-bay buy it now for $5....SCORE! I got my book!

We also recently got Levi an outdoor play gym which he loves - $300 worth for a massive $40.

I bought some of my favorite rare perfume on ebay and at the same time I also ordered a t-shirt online for my son in Iraq ...well when the perfume came in the mail I thought it was my sons shirt and so I mailed it to him in Iraq without opening it first, I was so embarased when I realized I did this, not as embarassed as he must have been in front of the guys when that perfume arrived for him!

I just upgraded my cellular to a BlackBerry so naturally I needed a case, spare battery, DC charger etc. Yup, e-Bay! Paid $11.00 for an BlackBerry OEM DC charger that AT&T wanted $29.95 for. O0

It's a 1000 piece 11.5g set with holographic denominations on all the chips and a nice carrying case. I got it got $60 CAD, but $40 of that was the shipping due to the weight. I have seen the same set in a few stores since and they are going for $180 to $220. So I'd say that was a pretty good deal!
