The theme song for my life is "Random I Am" by Millencolin. I hold a PhD in useless facts and information. I thought I might like to share my top 10 with ya'll.


1.The island of Hispanola is actually split in half and home of 2 countries ,The Dominican Republic on the west and Haiti on the east.

2.There is no word in the English language that rhymes with orange.

3.There is a theoretic temperature called Absolute Zero(-460degrees F) which if attained would stop all movement of matter and render the object invisible.

4.The town of Ho-Ho-Kus New Jersey is the only town in America to have 2 dashes in its name.

5.There are no clocks in any casinos in Las Vegas

6.Chicago is home to the worlds only drive-thru Post Office.

7.The island of Malta,home to 400,000 people is only 24 square miles, roughly twice the size of D.C

8.Googles server farm has an estimated 5.6 Petabytes of data storage(A petabyte is 10 to the 16th power)

9.Australia is the only nation in the world which eats the 2 animals on its official Coat of Arms,the emu and the kangaroo.These 2 animals were chosen because they cannot walk backwards, only forward.

10.My personal favorite.

A pig's orgasm can last up to 30 minutes.

Chapman J. Root moved to Terre Haute in 1900, opening a glass company incorporated on May 27, 1901, as Root Glass Works.

His company was bottling Coca-Cola by 1904. Root's company would, however, change the worldwide image of Coke bottles in 1916.

His company's bottle was selected from among 11 designs in a national competition. The bottle, designed after the image of a cocoa tree pod, was patented Nov. 16, 1915.
-- The Coca-Cola bottle is one of the most recognized icons in the world. The bottle was patented in 1915, but it wasn't until 1977 that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office recognized the contour bottle as a trademark, an honor awarded few other packages.
