Title: Movie Theater
Post by: Timmay on May 06, 2008, 08:55:19 PM
Hey all, Mel mentioned about going to the movies, made me wonder, What do you all pay to go to the movies?  Here in Washington we pay $5 bucks a ticket and then you can get a tub of popcorn and 2 medium drinks with free unlimited refills on both for only 9 bucks.  Fairly reasonable compared to othere places...so whats your Price?

Movie tickets at most of the decent theatres here are between 15-18 bucks. Popcorn and Large drink will set you back another 12.

I actually can't remember the last time that I went to a regular movie.  The ones we have been to (in recent memory) were kid movies and we caught them at the "second-run" theatre here where all admissions are $2 and you can buy a tub of popcorn and a drink for $5 (and you can get a refill on each for free).

Around here they're about 6 to 7 bucks a pop depending on what time you go.  The munchies are ridiculous.
