hello fellow chrome domes: what is one thing that U must do b4 going 2 work excluding the shower, headshave, and breakfast? i'll start: i MUST have atleast one cup of hot coffee b4 going 2 work? so... how 'bout U? what's one thing U do b4 going 2 work... excluding the shower, headshave, & breakfast? what's your story?

I have a cup of coffee, take a run and then back in for a second cup of Jo. Get on the forum and check things out, stay on too long, run around like an idiot and try to get out the door on time.

I let the three dogs out to do their "duty" then give each a biscuit............

I have usually a flip through the newspapers.
Sometimes our daughter needs some help or advice for duties for school.

Coffee, breakfast and the newspaper. Then I wake up the family and head out the door.

Rush to school to get Oldest there on TIME...because she doesnt know how to manage time yet...but its coming...trust me...its coming. Then off to Shell Mart to get my daily 1- 32 oz cup of fountain pepsi....VERY VERY VERY IMPORTANT....I could be 15 minutes late for work....but I have to stop and get that Pepsi. I use to laugh at my aunt because if she didnt have her diet pepsi in the morning ..her day was a wreck. She would often end up having headaches. Now, I dont get headaches if I dont get my pepsi....but imagine you coffee drinkers if you didnt have your cup of coffee first thing in the morning...

First thing, since I work night shift is a cup of Espresso C*f3
which will hopefully inspire my colon to do great things $@y.
Then another cup of Espresso (It's good stuff!) to finish waking me up.
Let the dog out to do his thing, pack my lunch, and hit the road. $d^vC

Brush my teeth, breakfast, school run, shave, shower and finally work.

Get the little one out of bed and fed is first priority.
Then I will usually take a dump and then have a cup of coffee, sometimes at the same time. I eat breakfast at work.

Jump out of bed. Run downstairs. Pour my bowl of cereal. And then fire up the laptop to see what I missed overnite. It truly is an addiction.

fire up a smoke, morning pi$$, crack a diet pepsi and then just sit there and grumble :Xo! to my self and try wake the hell up so I might be able to function at some time during the day
mornings suck!!!!!! >:(

hit the snooze button 4-5 times, look at the clock about five minutes before i absolutely need to leave, to the flight of the bumble bee, and get out the door.

i have to drive for three hours before i get to work. but i only do it once a week. three hours to work on wed., three hours home the following wednesday. yes boy, i only work half my life. i have two week-long vacations every month. the drawback is, i have to be gone from my family for a week at a time. but when i am off i do what i want.

I do that at night right before bed. I don't get up in time for my body to settle enough for a good shave in the mourning, if I do it in the morning the velcro comes back earlier in the day.

i am with nomad on this one, i shave the night before so that i can sleep in longer and make myself feel rushed in the morning.

MY recent routine has been to play with my daughter for a bit before I take her to daycare and then go to work.

This is great! I wake up extra early and go to the base gym with my partner. I come back shower and shave. Eat some breakfast. Shine my boots and head to work! I love my schedule!

2. Spend a some quality time with the man upstairs NOTE-I don't consider myself religous but I do believe we are spiritual beings primarily having a brief human experience.
3. Breakfast
4. Go to the bathroom....won't bore ya with the details.
5. Kiss the wife ........and face the day!

I wish I had more time in the morning - but I sleep until the last possible minute - I get my 4 year old fed, dressed, hair combed - I brush my teeth, get dressed and rush out the door - when I get to work I have a cup of joe.
It is my dream to get up around 5:30 AM - have a nice shower - sit on the porch by myself and watch the sun come up - read the paper - have breakfast...but with a 4 year old and 1 year old...someday...someday.

:*)) I think most Canadians will agreee on this one, but For me, before I do ANYTHING at all, I get dressed and jog to the local Timmy Ho's and grab my first of many daily double doubles. Then I head back home, Take care of the 3 'S's and it's off to work.
