Title: Groups of Sly Noggins

Hey all,

I was wondering if you all have ever had the opportunity to get pictures of yourself with other Sly guys in your everyday life.  Have you ever taken pictures of yourself with Sly co-workers, people on your softball team, business associates, community groups or your church?  Or do you have a group of Sly friends or relatives that you have done the Sly groups of noggins pictures?

Anyway, I attend a church of about 150 people.  But I would say that we have a pretty high percentage of guys with shaved heads.  So here are some pics of myself and some Sly friends at church, also some from a music conference I attended and a couple with some friends.

The top photo was taken at church.  From left to right are my friends, Glenn, Edd, myself and Bubba.  The second was also taken at church.  From left to right are Edd, Jason, myself and Caleb.  The third picture is my best friend from Fairbanks, Lou and myself.  The fourth pic was taken at a Christian Musicians Summit with the late Roby Duke, who had some hits in the 1980's and 1990's.  The last pic was taken in November 2007.  Roby died day after Christmas 2007.

Here are some more pics to enjoy.  The first pic is a guy named Ray who was my twin at my church and sang on the worship team with me.  The second is a professional drummer named Zorro who has had great success both mainstream and Christian and has had appearances with Jay Leno and others.  The last pic is with my friend Bubba, who is actually from Idaho and was in the first picture of mine that was taken at church.

Nice wide variety of ages too...SLY is ageless!

I'll try to dig up some...group bald shots I have...there around somewhere!?

I am sure that there are some synagogues that have some sly fellows!  I know of a well known rabbi here in the Seattle area that is sly or very close to it.  Go to http://www.towardtradition.com and you wll see what I mean!

Very few Jewish guys on Long Island have shaved heads. Most of the guys (say 40+) have a short 001 cut or so. It could be realted to business. Very few guys in my Temple shave.  Im one of the few I guess. However; I must clarify this by saying that Im seeing a lot more guys, over 60ish, with shaved heads. And dont ask me why: most of these guys are heavy. Nobody seems to be skinny and muscular these days. So much for observations.
