hello fellow chrome domes: there R many sly members that are either married or have long-time significant others. just wondering... do U still have "dates" with your wifey/sig. other? i'll start: the wifey and i always have atleast one "date" a week just 2 get away from work and release stress and just enjoy each other like we were single again. :@`
so... how 'bout U? do U still go on "dates" with your spouse/sig. other? what's your story?

ABsolutely!!! A little tougher for us with two young kids but about once a month my folks watch the kids overnight and we go out on "Date Night"....

OVER NIGHT!????/ how the hell you rank that? We are lucky to have our kids away from us for only about a few hours. But we generally like to just go out to our favorite restaurant and its just nice not to have to worry about the kids for a while.

I threaten my parents.... i tell them if they don't take the kids overnight, the wife and I will run away and leave the kids with them PERMANENTLY!!!!

Yeah, I still get out with my wife once in a while. Not as often as I'd like but at least a few times a month.

i have no choice in that matter if i dont she gets that dear in the headlights look and that means no quality time for me....we have three kids ..twin boys that or going on 9 and my little pain in the but girl..going on 5 but acts 25...lol

You should have two girls......one that is 7 who thinks she is 16 and one that is 15 who thinks she can control the world......

We have season tickets to a local dinner theatre. So we go out every 6 - 8 weeks. We got these tickets the year after my oldest son was born. We realized that unless we had a planned "date" we would probably never get out by ourselves.

We try to do date night once a month or more. We're now taking our daughter on some of the dates, but it's still nice that it's just the three of us.

we usually can't even be in the same room for more that a few seconds. so dates are out of the question.

yep we try to go out for date night when we can, when we went to the movies for the first time after our son was born we were like 10 year olds going to the movies for the first time. :*)) :*))
but yeah we do try and get out when we can, usually to a nice restaurant and my mum minds our lil stinky butt boy!!

We try to get out once a week,usually friday or saturday night. No kids gives us that luxury.

Yup! Mrs. BW and I still go out to the movies, wine & dine each other. Even though we have been married for over 11 years, we are "boyfriend and girlfriend" first! :@`

Since we are "empty nesters" and have been married 37 years, it seems we are on a constant date. Having more fun now then we ever did !! O0

The wifey and I know the importance...and when we DO get out....sometimes we stay IN !
Get the kids off to the babysitter....light a fire...pop a bottle of wine...
On a few of these nights is when the wifey treated me to the rare POST-MARITAL BJ.... O:O
The only dillema is that when that happens....I wrack my brain trying to decifer the "PERFECT STORM" of elements that contributed to this rare treat..... :-\ .... is it repeatable at will? Was it the brand of wine? The type of cologne?....or lack thereof? :-\
