hello fellow chrome domes: have U ever done a "change-your-mind-headshave"? U know... it is a day where U decided 2 skip a day from shaving & later.... one or two hours later... your scraping that dome smoooooth. well...2day was my "change-your-mind-headshave" & i'm glad that i did it. :@`
so... how 'bout U? have U ever experienced that from time 2 time? i know i'm not the only one that has experienced the "change-your-mind-headshave". what's your story?

Well when I don't shave it, which is rarely, i experience what I call the "I wish I had shaved it headshave".... :o

Often I will jump in the shower and think that I'll skip a day to save some time, or I'll just shave one direction. Then I usually will decide that I'm being stupid because I really like it completely smooth, and I'll end up shaving as usual, with & against the grain.

That would be today. I had made up my mind that I was gonna skip today and tomorrow, being as I have never skipped more than 1 day at a time. I was gonna try 2 days. But got out of the shower and just couldn't bring myself to do it. So I shaved and went to work as usual. I guess I'm a hopeless case. :-[

A few times when I've overslept I thought I could make up some lost time by not shaving, only to end up saying in the end, "f**k it, I'm late anyway. What's a few more minutes?" ;)

I've had some mornings where I just couldn't bring myself to shave and have gone on to class, only to find myself practically running back to shave the dome before going to work, though it's only happened a couple of times. I usually skip a day or two during the week just due to late hours and lack of sleep.

I shaved my head in the car the other day with my electric. I had planned on working from home and had decided to skip shaving my head. Though, about 11 AM our CTO asked if I could come into the office for a whiteboard session and I didn't want to jump in the shower again, so I grabbed the electric out of the drawer and shaved my head on the way to work.

I have done that....even as soon as I have gotten out of the shower...dried off and dressed....I have jumped back in ..cause I cant stand it....like right now..I was late getting up for work today and I didnt shave....its a good thing no one has come in today...because I feel like I look like SHEET!......and please keep your comments to yourself..lol

yes i have domn that, infact i will shave my head in about 30 minutes , i have the damn 5 o clock shadow

Yep, did that a couple of times. I took my shower as usual but didn't shave, and when I got out I changed my mind, so I shaved at the sink. I had to have it smooth and clean.

Oh yeah. I have a few of them a month. I just don't feel up it and then I start rubbing the dome and it's like, "Forget this." ;D

There have been times when I have felt lazy and let it go over a week.

well i do it alot being the hours i work and the time frames i have to deal with ...but i try not to lately ..mine isn't a change my mind...it is can i get in the bathroom long enough....

Very rarely miss a day shaving, most days I shave the head twice, once in the morning and then again in the evening.
I did try last summer on vacation to let it grow, I made it 3 days and off it came.

I haven't skipped a day shaving yet. I go with the mach 3 turbo in the shower one day and then the electric out of the shower the next day.

Yea...but did you love it as much as you do now having the slick, smooth, bald dome?!

With a buzz cut, maybe. But if you're talking about hair that's long enough to comb and style, that is way more maintenance. Think about how many times a day you'd have to check to make sure it was in place, vs. the ten minutes it takes to shave your dome now.

today I didn't want to take the the to shave my head but around noon, I couldn't stand it and had to shave it clean

I think I have missed maybe 2 days of shaving in almost 3 years. I have had a few days I thought I would shower and not shave and on the way out the door felt like crap so went to the sink and shaved....
