YIKES!....I get butterflies in my stomach just seeing the previews.

As far as the theater experience some people like a crowded theatre for the full atmosphere....some prefer as empty a theatre as possible.
I like the less crowded atmosphere, so I generally don't see a movie when it first hits the screens on a Friday or Saturday night.....how'bout everyone else?
-
Caddyshack  (Hey everybody... we're all gonna get laid)
The Blues Brothers (It's a hundred and six miles to Chicago... we gotta full tank of gas, a half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses)
High Fidelity
Dodgeball (If you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge a ball!!!)
Pirates of the Caribbean I and II
I have about 250 DVDs in my collection...

with a two year old there is no more theatre. :( Â We just wait for ppv and watch at the house. Â It is actually kinda nice now with DVD players, subtitles, big tvs and surrond sound systems. Â ;)
On a slightly related note, I one of the funnest things I ever saw was everyone leaving the theatre affraid to touch anybody after Fallen. Â There was a good 2 feet between people leaving!! ;D

We got 314, but that is counting the kid's too.

I know exactly what you mean...I have a 4-year-old and a 7-year-old and am in the same boat. Â Notice my favorite flicks don't include much very recent.
We go to the theater, but to see kid movies...taking my daughter on Sunday to see "Happy Feet"
I do want to see that new movie with Will Smith, "Pursuit of Happiness" .... seems like that would be inspiring and motivating to "beat the odds" and "make a mark in the [business] world"

Danny glover and mel gibson work together well in the lethal weapons. They even have chris rock as an annoying rookie cop and that guy who was in the home alone movies as the short fat bald robber. Speaking of which, the home alone movies were great too.

Perfect annoying lackey. I love how glover and gibson treat him at time.

Cars is a pretty good kids movie. Recently bought it for the kids. Like all the rest of their movies, they watch them numerous times for the first two weeks, then on the shelf they go.

Cars impressed me. I like a fair share of animation like Sherk, finding Nemo, but Cars was one that I thought would be all the kid. I was wrong! I think I watched it more then my son. :-[

Good list. Val Kilmer makes Tombstone such a great movie! All his lines, "I've got two guns one for each of you." ;D
Saw was great! Most of the movie I was very unsure of it. It didn't really just grab me, but man the last five minutes were so great!
