My clock goes off at 4 AM and I pop right out of bed and head straight to the shower. After the shower the three pooches are ready to head outside. Pooches back in after a few minutes, they get a "cookie" and I'm off to work by 4:30 AM.  Any day the good Lord lets me hear that clock go off is a good day so I can't wait to get up and face it.

It all depends on the night before....

I'm like Rob and KC, I usually don't use an alarm clock. If I'm getting up extremely early (like a day when I go into the office which is 120 miles away), I'll set the alarm just in case.
When I'm working from home, I typically start around 5am.

My kids are the alarm clock.  So I usually just lay there fora  few minutes and then get up....sometimes I make it to the shower or i make a pit stop at the "Couch Lounge"  Saturdays when I work seem to be the hardest to get up.  Cause everyone else is still in bed and I just want to stay nice and warm.  Winters are always harder to get up. Come summer time when the sun is shining im usually up at the crack of dawn.
Timmay...
Oh and by the way...I dont have to get up until 730 each morning

Same here.  Though, I do have a goal to change that throughout 2008.  I'm finding that the more things I do, the easier it is to do them early in the morning than late at night.

My cousin's kids wake up at 530, so that is when I "wake up" :Xo!, but I actually get up about 630-645 and jump in the shower.... I don't need to take thing slow in the morning, but I always try to go back to sleep for awhile after the kids wake me
