Quite interesting. As much as I loathe cigarettes and smoking and tobacco and the damage in inflicts on peoples lives and the billions of dollars of money wasted on treating its effects, Razor does make a good valid point.
If someone wants to smoke a cigarette,it is legal, that should be their choice to do it.
If they want to slowly kill themselves, so be it.
This sounds eerily like a George Orwellian type plot.

Guys- remember one thing.... it's all about the Government dipping into people's pockets for more money.... they don't really give a damn about anybody's health. I am not and have never been a smoker but this is a bunch of Bull....

I notice that this is from the UK, but it all seems too close to home right here in the heartland. Smoking has been banned in almost every city in the KC metro. I don't smoke and never have, but I don't want anyone infringing on anymore rights. They seem to be getting fewer and fewer.

I heard about that one a week or so ago. Talk about discrimination. Who determines whether the patron is obese? That one, if it ever got enacted would be a lawsuit waiting to happen.

I didnt even read the whole article. For that matter...every one of you couch lizards who sit around all day while your husband is at work ...working his ass off to help fund your BON BON addiction...well maybe they should be made to apply for a BON BON license........People People People.....when you all gonna wake up and realize you are all a bunch of idiots.....Im buying my own island off the coast of who knows where..gonna start my own country..anyone want to join?
