Definetly a Nite Owl, I rarely go to be b4 1am ever.
-
Early bird. By ten at night, I'm done. Up at five. It's the best time to shovel snow!
-
Been a night own since childhood and seemed to have passed that on to my daughter. In bed 12 - 1 am and up by 6, during the week. Later on the weekend.
-
early bird, no doubt.
-
Early bird, I guess it was the military upbinging.
-
early bird, no doubt.
Noooo... say it ain't so Mr. On the Forum at 5:30 am everyday... :D
I fall into both categories... during the week, I'm kind of an early bird... C*f3 on the weekends, I'm a night owl! b!3r

I work at a job where my start time is between 4:30 and 6:00 (it's varied over the years, but I'm always in by about 5:45 at the latest). We also have a five-year-old daughter, so sleeping in on the weekends isn't really an option...she's usually up between 6:30 and 7:30, and I try to get up with her to let my wife sleep in.
Left to my own devices, I'd stay up 'til one or two AM, but my middle-aged body can't take that kind of abuse anymore. 11:00 is a late night for me these days. So, I'm an early riser, but it's kind of artificial. Definitely NOT a morning person...

YOu mean y'all go to sleep? When did this start? I thought everyone was up at all times. I usually get to bed around 12-1 and then up at 7 to get ready for work. But Im starting to feel those effects...on this old body. I dunno...might have to just change my whole schedule....maybe just go in to work at noon or something. Yeah like that will go over well.

Definitely an early bird. Love early morning runs when all is quiet, before the rest of the world wakes up. Grew up enjoying watching the sun rise up over Lake Michigan and all the awesome colors it brought with it. Great time for that quiet reflection before the craziness of the day begins.

Early bird here. Up at 4 AM on work days and in bed by about 10 PM.
Sleep in until about 6:30 on the weekends........
-
I R A night owl.
-
Early bird here. 4:45 every work day and up by 6:00 on the weekend.
-
I am both, I really enjoy the peacefulness of early mornings, hot cup of coffee and crank up a little Bob Dylan - Highway 61 Revisited and watch the world wake up.
I also enjoy the late night out partying and 2am breakfasts.
-
Both...I'm pretty adaptable..
unless there is a reason for it to go longer, my late night owl is only up till 11:30-12.

Me too Marz, just depends on the situation and what we're doing

Early bird, up usually at 4:30a, at the gym at 5p, weekends 6a or so. Ready to call it a good day at 9p, read a book to fall asleep.
-
Definitely night owl: go to sleep aroun 1 am weekdays...
sometimes during weekends also around 4-5-6 am!!
... have to say that chatting with US people (6 to 9 time
zones betweens) leads to go to sleep later.... :)

I'm a night owl that's forced to be an early bird because of the job I have to be on site at 6:45am. When I try to sleep in on the weekends, I still find myself waking up at 7:00am and giving that discusted grunt and trying to go back to sleep but it doesn't always work. :Xo!

Definitely an early bird here. Usually in bed by 10:00 pm and watch the news and lights off at 10:30. Then it's up at 5 am and in the office by 6:30.
Must be a chip off the old block. My dad is retired and still gets up at 4 am every morning.
-
I'm flexible and can go either way. Both have their pros and cons.
-
I'm a night owl, but I'm trying to convert to an early bird as I find I can get more done by doing that.

Definitely an early bird here. I feel the same as Paul, Schro, Sly and the other early birds.
I've always loved that quiet time in the morning before all the chaos. Weekdays I'm up by 7 am to drive my daughter to school.
Like Marz, on weekends I love brewing a good pot and just relaxing with a good tune if I can.
Come 11-12 o'clock I am ready to hit the sack.

Early bird all the way. Love the quiet and stillness of the early morning before sunrise. Good time to reflect and get centered for the day ahead. Best time for me to exercise, too.
-
Usually go to sleep between 2:30-4:00 and get up at 10:30
