At one time or another, we've all surprised people by revealing that we haven't seen/done/heard something that virtually everybody else has -- a food we've never tasted, a movie we've never seen, a song we've never heard, etc .
Here are a couple of mine:
1. I've never eaten a Pop Tart
2. I've never been to Florida
What are some of yours? (don't get too personal ... some things we just don't wanna know about!! ^-^ ^-^ )

i could say that about the last two myself....there Nickie.....but i did kill a duck one time with a rock.....I threw a rock really hard and fast...bout that time a Goose walks out from behind the building and PEGGGGGGGGGGGG right in the ol head....Goose dropped down instantly .....dead! LOL

3. Never saw Crash, The Blair Witch Project, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, or any of those films where people tout "best movie ever."
4. Never finished the Star Wars trilogies without fast forwarding or sleeping through the light sabre battles.
5. I've never done Bonnie Tyler's "Total Eclipse of the Heart" at a karaoke bar although someone's when I'm drunk....

WELL... I've NEVER had se* with a a one eyed one legged Orange haired Pygmy midget, while chasing a grouping of UFO's in a Metallic green C130 flying over afghanastan , the 1 time it DID happen,we were in just a plain SILVER cessna

I've never:
1. Jumped out of a perfectly good aircraft.
2. learned to swim.
3. Had an STD of any kind.
4. Been on a cruise
5. been to an organized "dance" (i.e. prom, etc.)
The list could go on, but thats what pops to mind right now... great thread :*))

been out of the "lower 48"(not even Bahamas or Puerto Rico)
lived anywhere except Georgia
been away from home for more that 5 days

These first came out when I was in high school and I had a good friend that was a Star Wars "geek". Had the costumes and everything. It will soon be 30 years since the first one came out and someday I'm gonna make myself sit through at least the original.

I used to work with a couple of middle-aged ladies that were Star Trek fans. They would even make all of the conventions and could tell you all about what happened on what episode and blah blah blah........ It just seemed a little to weird for me. Maybe this is a good topic for another thread.

So did I Rick...lol. These two ladies worked for me at the grocery store.....i think they were partners...even though they denied it...but anyways...they were just way too weird for me. They made all teh conventions and stuff.

Must be some kind of Jersey Boys thing cause I've never had a Pop Tart, been to Fla. or Disney World.
Not that I haven't been invited to the land of the sun and the retired. All my senior neighbors have moved down to Fla. and have asked me to visit them. Don't think it would be much fun in Boca. I don't like humidity. When I retire I'm heading to the SouthWest... Arizona, New Mexico, or Las Vegas baby! Have to admit I've never been to Vegas. Never had the need to cause AC is less than an hour ride from my home.

I've never had lemon "in" my iced tea, but it always comes "on" my iced tea.
The glass usually has lemon on the rim. All I do is toss to the side. No big deal.

1. I've never shot an animal, but one night I ran a deer off the road. The deer was ok, but there was a huge dent on the passenger side of my SUV.
2. As for roller coasters, I've never been on those metal looped jobs. I prefer rickety wooden coasters. Jersey's Great Adventure has some of the best in the country. I'm sure RazorX will attest to that.
3. Can't say I've never been in a fist fight, but I've never been in a bar brawl.

and baldguy...hey I am american and I spent a whole month in Helsinki one summer. Best time I have ever had.
No tornado...no car...no plane....Man you need to come live in the midwest for a spring and summer. Nothing like getting the adrenaline flowing with a good tornado flying by.

Yeh, mon ami, that's something you've got to fix REAL quick, a dozen raw, cold draft Abita. Life, start living w/ Louisiana oysters. Then you can pinch tail and suck heads on about three pounds of mudbugs. Life is for the living.

I can pinch tails and suck heads if they are cooked. I have tried LOTS of different foods and some I like, some I don't. But oysters.......I just can not seem to get to down my throat! Crakers, hot sauce, beer.....tried it all. That damn thing WILL NOT slide down my throat!!!!!
My friends all make fun of me. I have tried repeatedly. LOL......Just seem to do it

I can pinch tails and suck heads if they are cooked. I have tried LOTS of different foods and some I like, some I don't. But oysters.......I just can not seem to get to down my throat! Crakers, hot sauce, beer.....tried it all. That damn thing WILL NOT slide down my throat!!!!!

Don't feel bad, there's an expression I've heard many times & I don't know who said it first, but, "It was a brave man that ate the first raw oyster!" A lot of "converts" generally become "initiated" when slightly inebriated or more, but then they become ravenous for this delicacy. One day, GASlick, one day, you will become part of the slurping masses! Eat oysters, live and love longer! Get a good buzz on and try it, as the song goes, "Last night I got loaded, on a bottle of gin, on a bottle of gin!"

Ever since GM discontinued it's Oldsmobile line, this "old" sly guy has been driving a Buick Enclave.
Last week the new Buick Riviera made it's debut at the Detroit Auto Show.
This is definitely NOT your grandfather's Buick!

A bucket of beers and a few dozen oysters... a great way to spend a day.

Iced tea is undrinkable without lemon. I like it with just a little lemon - not enough to overwhelm. No sugar or sweeteners of any kind. Hot tea has to be strong and milky.
