Title: Alex Roy: endurance-driving record

Alex Roy set the (illegal) endurance-driving record from New York to Los Angeles in October 2006. In 31 hours 4 minutes, he recorded an average speed of 90.1 m.p.h. over a mapped route of 2,794 miles. He is publishing his memoir now, a year later to coincide with the statue of limitations on traffic violations.

Article in Men's Journal was better and had a better shot of his sly head, but is unavailable online.

I was looking for a better picture of him and ran across this blog about "great, cool, bald guys" with Alex Roy, Vin Diesel (no pic) and Yul Brynner.
