Hey bros, finals are finally over and the semester has finally ended so maybe I'll be able to spend some time on the forum once again.  Things have been wild and I must say I've missed this site and you guys.

Fellas, thanks as always for the kind words and support.  Got my grades today and I got 3 A's and a B - so I'm thrilled!  Looking forward to an easier winter semester - I'll be taking online courses so at least I won't have to try to make those wonderful 8am classes I was so fond of!

As for the party, how about:

Roasted Prime Rib of Beef
Watermelon Mint Salsa
Twice-Baked Loaded Potatoes
Ultimate Mac & Cheese
Spinach Salad with Tomatoes Concasse and Orange Vinaigrette
Sauteed Mushrooms
Champagne
Cheesecake
Hot Apple Pie

Yeah, I know, I made you all salivate with that menu didn't I?   :*)) :o  Actually, that's what I'll be serving to my family this year on Christmas Day as I've given Mom a well-deserved day off.
