Title: Thanksgiving Eve
Post by: BaldBen on November 21, 2007, 11:32:38 AM
Everyone makes a big deal with Christmas Eve....
....so what about Thanksgiving Eve?  @c3

Tonight I'm looking forward to a pre-Thanksgiving dinner
.... a Deep Dish Chicago Style Pizza.
With all the cooking and prep going on in the kitchen, there's just no time or space for a home-cooked meal. So it's been a family tradition to order a pizza and launch the holiday season by watching "Planes, Trains and Automobiles".

BaldBen: We have a similar tradition. We get a variety of Chinese takeout and in addition to "PTA" (all hail John Hughes) we also kick in "Home for the Holidays" (Holly Hunter, Robert Downey Jr.) for a little homage to dysfunctional holiday gatherings sometime during the long weekend. Enjoy!
