Ello fellow Slys
My name is David and I'm from Las Vegas, NV. I came across this website when trying to decide if i should shave my head. I'm glad i just happen to find the site from someone giving a link to it form another forum i was reading. After about 2 days of reading posts on SBG i wanted to shave it all off for good, because for as long as i can remember i always hated my hair. Once it was all gone i like :) but after the next couple of days i started to hate it and almost just let it grow back. So before doing something that crazy :/O i went back to this site and it made me change my mind. So i gave myself a month to see how i would like it and now i love being Sly and never plan on going back. Thanks all and i'm looking forward to getting to know everyone else and posting.

Welcome. It's not uncommon to have mixed feelings right after shaving for the first time. Glad to see that you stuck with it. As someone who did NOT stick with it the first time around, I can tell you that if you'd let it all grow back, you'd just want to shave it again in a few weeks' time.

Welcome. It's not uncommon to have mixed feelings right after shaving for the first time. Glad to see that you stuck with it.
Have to agree with Razor. For some people, the instant they do it, they know it was the best decision they've ever made. But for others, they flip and flop about what they've done, and it's a normal reaction, mainly due to the feelings about how everyone will react, comments, fears, etc. To give it a fair shot, 30 days is the best way to go, so that all of those doubts have a chance to clear your head and a better decision can be made.
