razorx.......u  r  looking very sly with the mr. clean-look however.... u looked slyier with the goat.  either way.... u  r  very versatile with either look (just like johnmont).  since u have the mr. clean look going....u need 2 put that fresh, white t-shirt & fold your arms.   remember....it is called the "mr. clean pose". Nice move..

so here's the deal, you obviously dig the whole "Clean" look and want to give it a try and make it work...

so my advice is STICK it out for at least a month clean head and face shaven...

then make a desicion, just like we tell newbies!

Keep it all smooth brutha...do what makes YOU happy though! O0

I definitely agree about the younger and less edgy.  Depends on which you're going for.

Why does it have to be an either-or situation?  :-\

Mr Clean look does make you look younger.  With the goat, you looked like more of a bad a$$.

I really couldn't tell who it was initially. Either way it suits you.

Razor, keep the clean look for a while, it looks good. Go with what's comfortable for you.
Looking younger is always a plus.

Hey RazorX, to save all the flip flopping back and forth from Mr.Clean to Goat, Why dont you just keep 1/2 your face Clean and half your face goatee?

You would start a revolution O0

Ah, the compromise approach ...   :D

It looks good, Razor; I think it's cool to switch back and forth occasionally; keeps people guessing  (what's he gonna look like TODAY ???)  ....   have to say though, i think you look kinda more 'edgy' with the go-t

I feel the temptation to go Mr. Clean again too.   I'll be trimming my beard; and my fingers get itchy ....
have resisted it so far. ....

So do I.  And I kind of miss that, to be honest.  It's going to take a little time to readjust to being clean-shaven.

Razor, give it time and you will get more comfortable with it.
Remember too that just being sly itself is edgy.

I had to shave the top part of the goatee off today, I couldn't stand it anymore. I just do not like hair on my upper lip and corners of my mouth. So now I'm back to my true goat, which is what I've had for many years.

If you have a goat...that's always my choice...

bottom only goat...much more beatnik! O0

I know what you mean.  My mustache grows very close to the edge of my lips -- no little gap there like most people have and it can get uncomfortable at the corners of my mouth if it's not trimmed back at least once a week.  I'd always notice it about 4 or 5 days after the last trimming.   The 'stache-less goat is just not me, though it does work well for some people.

Razor, you can pull off either look well.

I have found that I look fatter in the face when clean shaven so I have taken a liking to the goatee. Wish it could grow in thicker though.

Same here.  I always feel like my face looks twice the size without the goatee.
