Title: Changing Hairstyle Temporarily
Post by: jason_greets on February 15, 2025, 02:28:06 PM
I have been shaving my head bald since July 2023, but recently I'm in the mood for something a bit different.  I was recently laid off from my job and I thought this was a great opportunity for me to get a mohawk.  It has been about a week since I last shaved my head and my hair is short, but noticeable.  Next week I will try to see if I can get a mohawk and show it here. I will keep the sides shaved bald. I wouldn't mind sporting a military mohawk haircut until I get a job interview.

Well, yeah, why not sounds like fun. Keep growing out the Mohawk strip until you have to shave it off for that interview. It?ll feel really great when you do that too.

Yes, I want to see how big I can get it. I wouldn't mind to style it a bit, even dye it temporarily.

Way cool! I?m so jealous when I still had hair on the entire top of my head I could never have them out because of my profession now that I?m retired my entire crown area is bald so I can?t have a mohawk now either

Today when lounging by the pool. I just noticed that it's loosing its shape. I don't have access to a mirror to make sure I shave correctly in the back. I'm actually on vacation in Miami for a week.

Nonetheless, I like it so far. The sides will continue to remain shaved bald.

Maybe you will need to visit a barber to get it lined up evenly, then when you get access to a mirror you can  maintain it yourself.

My older brother is a barber. Maybe I can ask him then.
