Title: Thinking ahead- do I have the option to go bald

So I've (19) been diagnosed with MPB, and while it's still in the early stages I'm not looking to mess with my hormones with Propecia treatment/etc.

I'd like to think I can just shave when it gets bad, but I'd like some opinions as to whether I could pull it off.

I'm quite tall (6 foot 5) and have a large head (23.5 inches) with a decent build, I just don't wanna look like an alien with no hair on my head. My forehead is not so much 'tall' rather it's pretty wide because I've had high temples since I was a little kid. I even thought I was losing my hair at 15 but here I am.

I'm just wondering, if I were to clean shave when the time comes, would my head shape look alright? I've had a feel of my skull through my hair and have a little ridge that goes down the middle near the back that sticks up about .2 of a centimeter, not sure how normal that is  :XX

i use to work with a guy that is 6 ft 4 inches tall,and he use to shave his head and then let it grow out and then do it all over again and he looked great just like you will. he also has a bigger head then you.you will be fine.

Height and head size or shape really do not matter.  When you are ready, just do it.

You have the option to go sly anytime. If you're curiow, why not find a charity headshave event, and give it a try.

Agreed, your strong bone structure will allow you to pull off almost anything.

You have strong facial features.  Shaved head will go well.
