Title: Sly car guys.

I noticed there are lots of sly bald guys in the classic car hobby. A little brag, my car trophied in 4 of the last 5 car shows.

what a beautiful car!  i dnt have a classic car of my own, but theres several differnt ones i would like to one day

that is pretty nice, I wouldn't mind picking up a mk1 ford escort, but I just drive in a beat up old hyundai! but I work all day every day on cars, (I'm Qualified Mecahnic, Qualified Auto-Electrician, Licenced in Automotive Air-Conditioning, and about to get my qualifications on Hybrids and Electric Vehicles. So i certainly appreciate cars

I'm a huge Chevy fan.  I respect good cars from all brands, but Chevy is my favorite make

My friends who know me know that I?m not very automotive inclined so they wouldn?t let me buy a classic car. They told me I needed a car that I can bring into the dealer is something goes wrong because for me something goes wrong every week but I have two toy cars that I just use on Sundays. One is a 2002 Thunderbird with both a hard and soft tops and the other is a 2007 Mazda Miata with a retractable hardtop.

I'm considering adding rust proofing to my 11 year old Impala.  Would it be smart?  What are the pros and cons?  Would it backfire?

It would be ok to do it if you plan on keeping the car for 10 more years. At this time, you would have to make sure the car is super clean underneath, probably pressure wash.

In south LA where I live, rust proofing is normally not needed on modern cars.
