Title: After 3 years of thinning - its done

You can see my hair in my avatar pic from about 6 months ago. Finally plucked up courage to shave. Even raised some money for Macmillan Cancer support in the process:

Just before the 1st shave:

Looks good.  You might consider growing back the beard you had in an earlier photo.  Many of us here like the combination

Welcome, and congratulations on your change.  Once you try a razor blade shave, you will be hooked on the smooth feel.

Thank you all. Yeah after a after a few days using electric ive gone to wet shaving. Love the result even more! So smooth!!
