Title: Shave my hair for the summer

I was thinking of shaving my hair completely or atleast going for a short buzz cut. However, I am not sure if its the right choice for me. I am 21 years old with a really really really bad hairline, always had my hair long to cover my huge forehead (not over reacting - its really huge - i call it sixhead :( ). My face is quite long and slim and I cannot grow a beard, so I am afraid I will look like an alien haha! Should I do it or not?

I would try a shorter haircut first just to give you an idea what you look like with less or no hair. As far as facial hair, sometimes it doesn't happen until you're much older. Good luck!

Go shorter progressive buzz cut lengths for a month and then take the razor to your head. You will then discover your face and forehead belong together and nobody will notice. Enjoy !

The forehead is indeed quite noticable now, but once you shave your head comletely, itll disappear, and your eyes will become the new focal point of your head. Which is as it should be, especially for those of us who have such nice looking eyes as yourself

Post by: J_Scott on April 17, 2016, 04:28:05 PM: Summer is the perfect time to try going shorter, I'd buzz it down and if you like it you might try taking it down to the skin at least once. Lots of guys shave their heads when it starts getting hotter, so most people wouldn't even give it a second thought if you did it.

You could try a buzzcut but you'll hit a home run with a freshly shaved bald head mixed in with a dark-colored goatee. I can see it now. Give it a try! You got this! O0
