Title: I look like my mums brother, do i have the same beard genetics as him too?

Dear guys

I am 18 years old and my mums brother is 28 years old. My face looks very similar to his, my body structure is very similar to his and ive also lost hair via male pattern baldness just like he did. Sometimes people confuse us for eachother, thats how much we look alike.

My question is because I look so much like my mums brother and share so many of his features, does this mean I will have the same beard genetics as him?
Or is it possible that i could have inherited my dads beard genetics?

Genetics are a real crap shoot - it's a stew of characteristics and you never know what you're going to end up with unless you're an identical twin.
