This was me 3 years ago at age 19 and grew out because of my parents
In those 3 years i lost 10kg

Why not? The bald look suits you. If you like being bald, shave your dome.

Don't know about there in your country, but here in the USA BBC is an acceptable hair style, although not common, but you do see it enough.

Are you living independently from your parents? Go for it.  If you are still living at home and they don't approve, might be worth keeping the hair until you are out on your own.

If you are living under your parent's roof and they really do not want you to do it - then you should not.

But, if you are out on your own, or;  if your parents now don't mind it so much - then you should definitely go for the bald haircut because it really looks good on you.

many years ago when I left for home for college the first thing i did was get short buzz - which earlier had problems with mother.  Kept short since - now shaved.

There seems to be alot of younger guys lately asking if they should shave their heads. If you want to, do it. If you don't, don't!

And Dutch, at 22 years old, you are in charge of your hairstyle, not your parents. You've shaved your head before, so you know what to expect, so go ahead and go bald if you want to.

I think, if you are living under your parent's roof or depending on them for support, you should work with them on it.  If you are totally on your own .... then go for it!

Remember to do the 30-Day-Rule - that is, shaving your head daily for 30 days to help you & others get used to the 'new' you.  :)
