I saw a guy with some cool tattoos on his head the other day. They covered a large area of his scalp and looked pretty cool. I don't think they would fit in my life, but for him they were pretty cool.

maybe his Grandaughter did it with her washable markers while he was asleep. Lol.

Really, if he can put up with that fringe, he might as well were the tacky tattoo to go with it! ;)
